In addition to being the founding owner, he is a Developer-Engineer specializing in the design, development and manufacturing of audio electronics. From an early age, he immersed himself in various branches of electronics, eventually discovering a strong passion for audio technology.

He began his career in the Music Industry as both a Repair and Sound Engineer, crafting custom-designed audio electronics for performing artists—an interest that naturally evolved into a fascination with high-end audio systems.

Primarily working as a freelance engineer, he went on to establish his own company, built upon a strong foundation of technical expertise and creative thinking. While electronics remains at the core, the company also emphasizes graphic and aesthetic design, reflecting his secondary passion.

Over the past two decades, he has brought numerous high-end design projects to life across a range of industries, continuously expanding his cross-disciplinary capabilities. As a modern knowledge worker, he seamlessly integrates engineering precision with artistic sensibility, contributing to innovation at the crossroads of technology, design and practical application.

Harry is a freelance Developer-Engineer specializing in the design and development of custom electronics and professional audio systems. In addition to his engineering work, he installs and maintains new radio broadcast studios. Through his company, SMP audio, he focuses on small-scale production of electronic circuits, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and DSP-based audio processing solutions.

With over 30 years of experience as a live Sound Engineer for a wide range of bands and theatre productions, he also brings expertise in upgrading and enhancing high-end mixing consoles.

Dante™ certified and proficient in various other protocols, he is skilled in troubleshooting and designing intelligent network and system communication solutions for digital signage and audio streaming. He lives and works in his hometown of Rotterdam - the Netherlands.

Safa is a skilled freelance PCB designer-Electronics Engineer and a highly capable independent knowledge worker, with over four years of hands-on experience creating innovative, high-performance hardware solutions. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of electronics applications, from compact IoT devices to complex, high-speed multi-layer PCB's (up to 12 layers) and advanced computer systems.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality, Safa delivers designs that are not only efficient and reliable but also aligned with international industry standards and client goals. She thrives on solving complex technical challenges, combining precision engineering with creative thinking to bring ideas to life.

Based in Bowral, New South Wales - Australia, Safa is passionate about pushing the boundaries of electronics & hardware PCB design and is always eager to contribute to cutting-edge product development projects.

Suraj is an independent Hardware Design Engineer with extensive, hands-on experience in developing robust and reliable hardware systems. As a modern knowledge worker, he combines deep technical insight with practical execution, specializing in hardware architecture, schematic design and PCB development. His expertise also includes validation testing, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA), ensuring a smooth transition from concept to production.

He is associated with Decisure Consultancy Services, located at the IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai - India, where he contributes to high-impact innovation. Suraj has a strong track record in designing motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), medical devices, IoT and industrial IoT solutions. Driven by precision and a passion for excellence, he consistently delivers intelligent, well-engineered solutions.

In collaboration with Vinod, he is committed to advancing the quality of hardware development in India, applying a wealth of knowledge and experience gained throughout his professional journey.

Vinod is a self-driven freelance Embedded Firmware and Hardware Engineer with over two decades of experience in the embedded systems domain. As a modern knowledge worker, he combines deep technical expertise with a long-term commitment to the research, design, and development of embedded solutions based on microcontrollers, microprocessors, digital signal processors (DSPs) and FPGAs.

Living and working in Chennai, India, Vinod exemplifies multidisciplinary thinking in practice. His broad skill set spans multiple areas of product development, where he consistently applies both analytical depth and practical ingenuity.

Together with his colleague Suraj, he co-owns and serves as Principal Engineer at Decisure Consultancy Services, located at the IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai - India. Through his work, Vinod contributes meaningfully to India's knowledge economy, blending innovation, engineering precision and a clear vision for embedded technology.

Nicola is a highly skilled freelance Graphic Designer who also fulfills the roles of company website editor and Blog administrator. In addition to her design expertise, she acts as a central point of coordination for internal and external communication, managing interactions between clients and project assigned engineers via our online project management system.

Based in Ploiești - Romania, Nicola works remotely, fully integrated into our global workflow. Her portfolio spans diverse media, focusing on bespoke graphics for technical documentation. She brings a strategic, modern approach to visual communication, creating distinctive logos and cohesive branding for online and offline marketing.

Her work includes digital assets for websites, printed manuals, instructional materials, product brochures, promotional campaigns, and other tools requiring clear, impactful design. Nicola’s versatility, attention to detail and strong grasp of design principles make her an invaluable part of our creative and technical team.
