Client: Cemsy Assies BV
- Year: 2023
- Timeframe: 2 months
- Main Service: System Integration
Pursuant to a project for a client of Cemsy Assemblies BV in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, we provided full system integration of a tailored Emergency Evacuation and Public Address system designed to meet the needs of a modern office environment. The system is based on a fully redundant and secure Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) platform, ensuring maximum reliability and continuous operation during power outages or emergencies.
The system features a modular architecture with multiple evacuation zones, each individually controllable and configurable via a centralized management interface. Thanks to the integration of intelligent audio matrices and digital signal processing (DSP), targeted and precise communication can be delivered—both automatically and manually.
All components are supplied and certified in accordance with the latest NEN2575-4 and EN54 standards, including automated self-diagnostics, event logging and a fault-tolerant architecture. This ensures full compliance with current legislation and safety regulations concerning emergency voice alarm and evacuation systems.

Client: Sound Projects BV
- Year: 2021 - 2022
- Timeframe: 6 months
- Main Service: Development
- Extra Service: Manufacturing
- Production Revenue: 87%
Following a formal request from Sound Projects BV in Bemmel, the Netherlands, we reinstated research and development activities on multiple products within their portfolio, subsequent to the departure of their Lead Engineer. The organization had undergone a period exceeding twelve months without active R&D engagement.
Our team has since conducted substantial redevelopment work, including the version 2 of the X-act. During a two-month discovery phase, a detailed engineering analysis revealed that the floor monitor continued to exhibit multiple design inefficiencies and unresolved technical constraints.
Several PCB design errors were identified and corrected. The firmware of the DSP (Analog Devices ADAU1701) was enhanced, and following this, we established the entire production methodology, which was documented in a production manual that we created. The next phase involved the actual production of the floor monitor, during which we also oversaw the production process.
That same year, the products were sold and exported to multiple countries across Western Europe and Asia.
Client: Audio Designs Ltd
- Year: 2022
- Timeframe: 3 months
- Main Service: Research & Development
- Extra Service: Production
- Sales Revenue: 76%
Crafted for Audio Designs Ltd. in Hong Kong, we created a fully discrete True Class-A RIAA preamplifier, dedicated to delivering pure, uncompromised performance for vintage Moving Coil and Moving Magnet cartridges — without a single integrated circuit in sight. Every element — from the handcrafted electronic design and precision-engineered PCB to the custom-built internal power supply — is built entirely from discrete components, ensuring unmatched sonic integrity.
But we didn’t stop there. To push fidelity even further, we developed an exclusive RIAA calibration process, guaranteeing a curve deviation of less than ±0.15 dB across 20Hz to 20kHz. This innovation ensures that, no matter the cartridge or cable configuration, every note is rendered with stunning accuracy — always staying true to RIAA specifications.
After months of critical testing, including studio evaluations by expert listening panels, the final production-ready circuit and housing were brought to life. Today, this breakthrough design is sold under license of the Audio Designs Ltd. brand in Hong Kong and manufacturered in specialized OEM factories in Shenzhen - China, for a select group of prestigious Chinese High-End Audio brands.
Now exclusively available across China and other key Asian markets, this RIAA preamplifier — precision-designed and engineered in Western Europe-the Netherlands — establishes a new reference standard for vinyl playback, offering unrivaled accuracy, ultra-low distortion and sonic transparency that meets the highest demands of discerning audiophiles.
Client: SMP audio
- Year: 2022
- Timeframe: 2 months
- Main Service: Development
- Extra Service: Manufacturing
In partnership with SMP Audio, we initiated the development of a new Audio Processor Board (DSP) to replace the existing speaker design PCB, as part of a full engineering revamp.
Due to numerous engineering flaws in the original design, we decided it was best to start fresh with a completely new approach. We refined the basic schematic and subsequently developed a new PCB.
Additionally, the firmware for the Analog Devices DSP was entirely reengineered and rigorously tested, leading to significant improvements in both the circuit’s technical specifications and the efficiency and performance of the filter algorithms.
The entire R&D process for this project took approximately two months.
